Excited and honored to be one of the twenty teachers selected to the 2017 Stone Barns Teacher’s Institute, where I’ll be learning about farm fresh flavors and investigate the connections between farm and human, community and environmental health. Our adventure to Perugia will need to wait til summer 2018.
