Villa Taticchi (1300), is an imposing building that stands about 100 meters from the left bank of the Tiber River and its construction dates back to different eras. The property is subject to the obligation of the Ministry of Culture and the environment.According to the report of the Superintendent of art history for the Environmental, Architectural, Artistic and Historical Heritage, the core of the villa is represented by a medieval tower dating back to the fourteenth century. It consists of four overlapping circles. Over time, there have also been several buildings, most of which are from the nineteenth century. The villa has acquired its present appearance, however, mainly due to measures implemented in the early 1900’s.
Cool temperatures in the rooms do not need air conditioning as the temperature drops in the evenings it guarantees a good night’s sleep.
Currently the Villa has (2) double rooms with bathroom, (1) triple with bathroom and other (2) double rooms with one bathroom.
